Refund Policy

Identoryx subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel future renewal when self-service billing is enabled.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or the paid service materially did not work as described, contact us with your account email and transaction details. Requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to applicable consumer law.

Where Paddle is used, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and may process refunds, invoices, taxes and payment disputes.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. Unless a refund is required by law or separately approved, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
